Hoe do you get the exclamation marks on version tabs? I have a request to ensure that the user clicks the tab as an acknoeldgement of having seen it. I know I have seen that exclamation mark before

Try field VERSION.AUTH.CTRL on SPF record. Tabs with NO.OF.AUTH > 0 will show the exclemation mark.
