Hi....Make sure you are setting the Correct terminal..seems like ur terminal setup is wrong..

I believe the problem is with the routine INITIALISE.FTCOM, whixh may be attached to your USER record.



Check this:

jshow -c INITIALISE.FTCOM



Try logging with a different user name. Check if the same problem exists for all the user profiles.

Try by giving ALL.PG and login.

I think the problem is with the running libraries. what's your jbase release? is the classic working?

Please check the jshow of VALIDATE.SIGN.ON.

It looks like you are using Model Bank. Because this feature built into T24 sources, if you have distribution for some bank, and upgrade it i.e. R5->R6->R7 than everything should be Ok. But if you upgrade Model bank system checks that this is not customer distribution and gives you such message.
