As per my understanding FATCA.CUSTOMER.SUPPLEMENTARY.INFO will not create manually in the environment and auto updated from CUSTOMER.
How system automatically update FATCA.CUSTOMER.SUPPLEMENTARY.INFO from CUSTOMER?
Any setup needs to follow?

Hi,
This is L1. Once you have the relative change in CUSTOMER (or in DE.ADRESS or in Mailing preferences) T24 will write the changes into the table RRR.TRIGGER (not accessible from the UI).
Then the service RT.CREATE.REGULATORY.RULES should be running (online) to finally reflect the changes in the CRS table.
In COB the two bathes ST.IDENTIFY.INDICIA and ST.UPDATE.INDICIA will recalculate FATCA/CRS/QI based on the the changes occurring in COB.

There is the set of standard T24 rules defined in the table RT.REGULATORY.RULES table. for CRS updates. Besides you can specify there your own ones.
