Hi Friends,

We are on R19 TAFJ with ORACLE.  We are very often getting the below error in runtime.log
[ERROR] 2022-09-20 08:41:35,653 [Thread-1047 (ActiveMQ-client-global-threads)] RUNTIME {COMO-NAME=tSA_5_20220920_08-25-47, hostname=xxxxxx, sessionId=190192393} - Error during session shutdown callOnExit : com.temenos.tafj.common.exception.SessionLogoffException: TAFJERR-1110: Session Logoff

[ERROR] 2022-09-20 08:44:00,066 [Thread-1045 (ActiveMQ-client-global-threads)] RUNTIME {COMO-NAME=tSA_6_20220920_08-28-13, hostname=xxxxxx, sessionId=190061402} - Error during session shutdown callOnExit : com.temenos.tafj.common.exception.SessionLogoffException: TAFJERR-1110: Session Logoff

We noticed these agents are doing the job of AC.HVT.MERGE.SERVICE>AC.HVT.MERGE.  Some time we get for tSA 1 (TSM) also.

On observation we noticed the time different between runtime.log and como log is 15 minutes (900 seconds).

What could be reason behind this error?
