Could you please help me .....

i have a lot of transaction from on Debit Account To Mulite Accounts in CSV file .

i need to upload the CSV file and Run The Batch to take a Amount from Debit Account To that Accounts

What exactly you did and what went wrong?

Actually a very simple routine on jBasic can parse csv file and create OFS string for each txn :))
