How to generate DE.PREVIEW for an unsupported MESSAGE TYPE was created by eyesark

I would like to generate a DE.PREVIEW record for MT721 by calling whatever routines need to be called:
1. What kind of routine do I need? validation, input etc.? I assume input routine
2. What do I need to call to be able to generate the preview message? What do I need to pass to it?
3. On committing (and authorizing) transaction, how can I make the system do HANDOFF for the new message and stamp it in the LC record etc.?
