ARRANGEMENT SUBROUTINE for LATE PAYMENTE CHARGE was created by KamrulHasan

I want to write an LPC(Late Payment Charge)routine based on some business conditions with the arrangement architecture. Can someone provide me the pseudocode or algorithm to do that?
NB: I will change the business condition part. I just want to know the procedure which conditions are should be checked etc?
