Can you be more clear. Do you mean drop-down list for a local-ref field. If that is the case, then you can do it in the LOCAL.TABLE where you define the local field. You can use the fields VETTING.TABLE 'or' APPLICATION VET depending upon your usage. Hope this helps your purpose.
