EB / Delivery Phantom issue in G15 was created by sathishmey

Hi,

I am getting a strange error when starting the Delivery or the EB phantoms in Globus G15. We are now doing the upgrade and in Jbase 41419 release

When we start the phantom it throws the following error

jBASE: /jbglobus/g15tst/bnk/bnk.run/globuslib/lib182.so.1: Bad address
Trap from an error message, error message name = SUBROUTINE_CALL_FAIL.
DEBUG aborting as background task
line 26 , Source OVERLAY.EX

Everytime we we start the phantom we get SUBROUTINE_CALL_FAIL error for different subroutines.

I guess this is happening because of some locking issues in Jbase.

When all the phantom running on other environments in the same server is stopped and only the phantom in G15 environment is started it works.

Does anybody have any suggestions or anybody encountered this similar error do let me know with there suggestions.

We are still in G13...G14...

Does the other environments are also in jBASE 1419?
