1). Report.Control
2). Standard Selection
3). Enquiry

Define your enquiry fields in ENQUIRY.
Define your selection fields in STANDARD.SELECTION.
Define your enquiry in ENQUIRY.REPORT to generate the report.

Define the proper REPORT.CONTROL, DE.FORM.TYPE and PRINTER.ID.
