Please answer this in a functional aspect (or not technical):
In a multi-book environment, should a USER defined with access to all companies (both lead and book) logged into the LEAD company be allowed to amend a record created in the BOOK company? In short, can a USER amend a record with CO.CODE as the BOOK-company when logged into its LEAD company?

The user have to login into the particular company to amend the record. For financial transactions, the user can be given Other Book Access to All to post transactions from the lead company to the account in book company.
