Account Statement

hello anyone,

can anyone please tell me whether T24 can send account statement to clients by email in a predefined template, let's say a pdf file as attachment?

or if not as an attachment, whether T24 allows us to send the account statement in basic format just like an email alert?

I have read the business event management documentation but nowhere it states such functionality

please help ... thanks.

Hi,

we have an option to send MT950 (Account Statement) to client registered address with third party interface support. (Eg Clickatel.com).

Setup:
Add Email/SMS in Customer record
Create DE.ADDRESS with carrier EMAIL/SMS
Create DE.PRODUCT and enter valid carries
Create DE.CUSTOMER.PREFERENCES for the corresponding CUSTOMER
Update Third Party detail in Browser Configuration File.
