When open AA Deposit, It's missing one activity DEPOSITS-APPLYPAYMENT-PR.DEPOSIT was created by Menhlong

Dear all.,

When i open AA deposit, after authorized, the FD status is Not Funded, even the Saving account has enough money to open that FD. I check AA.ACTIVITY.HISTORY, i see that it missed one activity "DEPOSITS-APPLYPAYMENT-PR.DEPOSIT". Anyone know why it missing? and how to fix it?
