Hi All,

I want to know about &COMO& folder. What kind of files resides into &COMO& ??

Can we delete the files of &COMO&. ??

Does it contain temperory files ??

The &COMO& is used for tracefiles from COB (named tSA...), Compiles, Delivery, Backup and every session you trace using COMO ON.

You can and must delete these files periodically, same with &PH&.
Use a script to delete files older than xx days to have access to the logs if needed for investigation ;-)
The CSHD likes asking for COB comos !

COMO - Command Output
It can contain any logs of outputs coming from COB , Upgrades, Migrations, Uploads etc..

Calling the API OCOMO is used for Close of Business where it creates a record in &COMO& like shown below.
CALL OCOMO(OUTPUT.TEXT)
The output will be like ProcessName_jobName_SessionID_Date_Time_OUTPUT.TEXT
