Problem with autologout

We have problem of a pretty massive scale for almost one week. Users are auto logged out, before their auto logout time expires. This has not happened before. UV and Globus parameters have not been changed at all for a long time. Network logging suggests there is no problem with network. UV was restarted, but problem remained. There is no pattern, but it happens during input or authorisation. How does auto logout work internally? What might have caused this? We are on G11.1.02 with UV.

Check if the field AUTOLOG.TIME.MINS in the SPF table has changed recently.

Checked it already, it was set to 30 mins long time ago.
Some users are logged out even after one minute only.

another try if i may,

check where your uvtmp is located and check that you have sufficient space on that disk available. it should preferably be about 2 gigs if i remember correctly. been a while since i worked on uv.

Had no problem with space, it's 2 gigs. Problem seems to have gone away after this weekend. No complaints from users and protocol logs are now clean. Very strange...
