EOD ERROR

I experiencing a problem with COB, 'error 2007 during READ_ERROR to file ..\bnk.data\re\FBNK.RE.S007'
Enter I to ignore error, R to retry the READ_ERROR or Q to Quit:

What would cause this READ_ERROR?

How can i resolve it?

Which version of T24 you are working?

I suspect the file got corrupted. Or it may reach 2GB limit.

If you are in jBASE execute jcheck ..\bnk.data\re\FBNK.RE.S007

Could you pls explain abt jcheck. what it ill do?

try to salvage the file by using the jcheck -S -v [flie name] to correct the error.

First put select command for that file...

It looks like the file FBNK.RE.STAT.LINE.MVMT has been corrupted. File salvage will solve your problem but it cause data loss also.

If it's a test environments you can salvage the file and continue the COB. If the problem related to Production / Live environments then please check with Temenos.
