MAXIMUM CONCURRENT USER LIMIT EXCEEDED, error on R16

Am getting MAXIMUM CONCURRENT USER LIMIT EXCEEDED, error on R16. Could this be something to do with jbase licence, kindly assist

maybe case isn't correct.. are you on Linux?

Should be in bin subfolder in TAFC.
