Browser Issue was created by sridhar.reddy
Hi I am facing the problem when logging into t24 browser.
Configuration of Browser has been done. Started the jbase agent for browser which has been specified in t24.ds.xml. When i try to log into t24 i am getting the error unable to connect to remote jAgent instances IP (0.0.0.0):Port Number(ex 2000).
When i checked the started agents using netstat i am not finding the port in the list.
Kindly help me out to fix the issue.

Are you sure the jbase_agent is running correctly?
This error is coming normally when the jbase_agent was not started/running properly.
If the jbase_agent is started as a windows service then stop the same and start from jshell as below and check.
jsh->jbase_agent -p 2000 (or what ever is your port)
Also ensure that the message you are getting and the one configured in t24-ds.xml are same
