Hi

I maked two t24 environment in two server in oracle database cluster but different user each environment , when log in one environment by user,and the the same time logging in the second environment in same user ,the user lock in this environment ,how to solve?

also bnk.data and bnk.interface found in storage for two environment but different location for each environment
also when logging in another environment in the same user , show this message " RECORD IS LOCKED BY USER INPUTTER "
