AGENCY table

Hi all,

We are disccussing the AGENCY table records creation, and we have different approaches to what we think some should be an agency record.

1.) Some say that all bank/customer irrespective of the amount of bussiness should be created
2.) some say that only the bank/customers with a regular bussiness should be created.

Can you give me an answer in this? the helptext is not clear in this.

As I know you need the table for transactions, e.g. FT, when you input
a clearing bank. This partner needs an entry in agency.
It is indepent of the amount of business.
