Query o n Front Office was created by tsvr1890
In Securities - Front Office is used to capture only executed trades for settlement purpose or it can be used to place orders in stock exchange ???

I'm not sure I understand your question.

For securities you have :

SEC.OPEN.ORDER to input any order (e.g. by front officers) and process further
SC.EXE.SEC.ORDERS to place/execute orders with broker (by dealer, backoffice)
SEC.TRADE is the result of a completed SC.EXE.SEC.ORDERS or a traded SEC.OPEN.ORDER

I mean like icicidirect.com, sharekhan.com can we use Securities -> Front Office to route orders to Exchange......?

Hi,

Front Office is used to collect the customer information and create the portfolios. once it over, then the orders to be executed at middle office. Back office is used for settlement.
