I am doing an extraction for Universe DB an Environment I have never worked with before, I want to ask if is the same process of getting to Jbase prompt and coding method.
Can somebody help me how to get to the universe shell / prompt from the AIX and how to edit and compile my routines.

Check your .profile.
Even if there's nothing Universe-related there, you can compile and run your programs (BASIC .. CATALOG)
To admins: please fix that captcha.. I wasn't able to post for a week. "Shop front" works but "Street signs" and "Fire hydrant" apparently not. This is very annoying and kills all intention to post here.
