How to do a Clear screen from jShell was created by kripesh
Hi Folks,
Many people have asked me this question. Thought giving the answer here will be useful to many.
To clear the screen create a VOC entry like below.
jsh--->JED VOC CLS
0001 PQN
0002 T C
Once you save this VOC entry. You can type CLS from jShell prompt to clear the screen.
jshh--->CLS

Hi kripesh,
nice to see somebody who uses JCL :-)
I assume this trick is for Windows installations, "we" in Unix have the "clear" build in ;-).

Yes ! Infact I have seen many ppl struggling to clear the screen in their localhosts on Laptops
