Globus Destop1.5 can not connect to Server

Hi all Temenos customers,

I m a new customer to use Temenos core banking
I have some problems to ask about connect of Globus
it is possible to connect between The Globus Desktop 1.5 to
Server R08. i try and try to do but not successful
i want to make Enquiry and Report
