Error in COB

we are facing problems with PM.EOD2. every evening we get a COB crash in the is batch for the past two weeks, HD still hasnt helped us resolve the issue. Below is a sample from como file

anybody ever faced this problem and has a way to help us out, we'll be very grateful.

Just at a first glance it looks that the contract (loan) details are wrong

TO.DATE is less than FROM.DATE

This looks like there is an error in your LMM.ACCOUNT.BALANCES . LMM.SCHEDULE.DATES and other concat files for the contract LD0717900474, probably there would be a mismatch as well. Temenos usually provide correction for this. I have seen this error many times.
