Are you familiar with override processing (i.e. if transactions above a certain amount will be put into INAO status in the $NAU file)? The transactions in INAO status will need to be approved by users who have the correct Override Class, the inconvenience is that you have to scan the $NAU file to find the INAO records.
Well dispo processing goes a step further where you can define that specific transactions in INAO status are routed to a specific individual or group of individuals called Dispo Officers for approval
