Business automation software vendor Automic Software has inked a deal with Temenos to make its Automic Workload Automation available on the Temenos MarketPlace store.
Automic says its product “works seamlessly” with Temenos’ core banking system, T24, “to automate all COB [close of business] workload processes, and other surrounding procedures, such as file transfers, back-ups and reporting, or any other utility that may run alongside core banking processes”.
The solution can be deployed on premise, in the cloud via Microsoft Azure, and in a hybrid cloud environment.
Automic (formerly UC4 Software and SBB Software) is an international supplier with roots in Austria. It operates across various industries.
Its clients in the banking sector include Meezan Bank in Pakistan (a T24 user), Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) in Austria, Postbank in Germany, Julius Baer in Switzerland, and Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) and ING Turkey.
In December last year, CA Technologies announced its intent to acquire Automic for $636 million.
