[ERROR]:Cannot find component 'EB.SystemTables'

We are trying to create a project in Design Studio (R22 08) release using DSF package (dsf-code-jbc-java-package)
Trying to create a sample template project.

Getting below error while compiling the JBC subroutine.

It seems the link to library is missing.

did you load the t24-binaries on design studio?

Yes. It is copied. Temenos provided t24 binaries that is for that design studio version is already copied and setup at the time of first launch.
