AA.SIMULATION.SERVICE Loan Payoff was created by BW

HI,

I keep getting an error on AA.SIMULATION.SERVICE Payoff for early loan payoff. The result is Error CLOSURE, Dues Not Settled".

I have the Settle Dues field on PAYOFF Product Condition set to "YES".

Does anyone have any idea who to correct this?
