MAXIMUM CONCURRENT USER LIMIT EXCEEDED, error on R16 was created by farainesuh
Am getting MAXIMUM CONCURRENT USER LIMIT EXCEEDED, error on R16. Could this be something to do with jbase licence, kindly assist

yes it's license issue.

to check run in terminal:
jinstallkey -v

thanks VK, but the jinstallkey -v command is not working, see below

jsh kumbimu ~ -->jinstallkey -v
jinstallkey: No such file or directory

maybe case isn't correct.. are you on Linux?

Should be in bin subfolder in TAFC.

Thanks VK, it was an issue of case, but see the below results after running it:

root@drsc-zappclient06 # jInstallKey -v


License Type 0
Uname
Products 00 00 00 00
Total Licences 0
Licences Free 0

also on this error VK, do we need to increase the number of licences, say from 300 to 350 for example, or we need to get new jbase licences.

Or does this error mean all the licences have been consumed/ or in use at that time, or jbase licences have expired and need to get new licences?

strange output of jInstallKey... showing 0...

Are you sure that in tafc.properties license is entered correctly?

Did it work before?

Last but not least - do not use root to run jbase-related commands... should be your environment user.
