Temenos and Metavante sign EverBank as first joint T24 marketing client to increase scalability of its World Markets business

GENEVA, Switzerland, 14 October, 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems and banking and payments technology provider Metavante (NYSE:MV), today announced that EverBank® Financial Corporation, has selected TEMENOS T24 to support its World Markets division. The recently signed deal represents the first T24 opportunity resulting from the extended Metavante/Temenos strategic marketing alliance announced on July 31, 2008.

China Merchants Bank selects Temenos’ US Model Bank to support New York operations

GENEVA, Switzerland – 8 October 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that China Merchants Bank (CMB) New York, an overseas subsidiary of China’s most competitive bank, winner of the 2008 Euromoney ‘Best bank in China’ award, has selected TEMENOS T24 (T24) Model Bank US Platform. The system will support the bank’s newly established corporate banking business.

Temenos and Rubik Financial form partnership to deliver T24 across Australia and New Zealand

Today announced the signing of a strategic licence partnership agreement with Rubik Financial Ltd (ASX: RFL), the provider of integrated retail banking systems, to deliver an end-to-end retail banking solution to financial institutions in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Keith Stonell has been appointed as Regional Director for Northern Europe (NEU) and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which is one of Temenos’ largest and fastest growing regions. Stonell will also be responsible for the integration of the majority of the Financial Objects business, which falls into his regional portfolio.

Temenos Strengthens Global Partners Channel with Senior Appointment

GENEVA, Switzerland – 18 September 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced the appointment of Mike Head as Global Partners Director.

In this role, Head will be responsible for developing and driving Temenos’ global partners program to increase the company’s reach and capacity to make available and implement TEMENOS T24 (T24) and TEMENOS COREBANKING (TCB). Head will be charged with the creation of a number of strategic partnerships that will bring Temenos’ products and services even closer to the market. He will report to Mark Cullinane, Chief Operating Officer, will be a member of the Management Board and will be based in the company’s London office.
