If an account is set up AC.CASH.POOL with Minimum Amt and Maximum Amt = 1000000, later, User created an AC.LOCKED.EVENTS record for this account 3000000. So will the system prioritize to process the Cash Pool entries and ignore the declared blocked amount ?
Other question, do automatical entries in COB (interest/charge payment, debt payment, account Sweep, Cash pool...) prioritize against other setting up such as Block fund or Posting restrict?
