Hi I am facing an error as TT.RTN.AKT.ERROR.NO.REPSPONSE in the TELLER.ID application.

After committing the TELLER.ID, I am getting a message as

Txn Complete: 4378 13:21:58 22 NOV 2012 TELLER.ID, I
PREVIOUS USERS WORK WILL BE LOST
TT.RTN.AKT.ERROR.NO.REPSPONSE

When we view the record in the see mode, the record status is showing as INAU. Can any one tell me how to resolve this problem?

This error is thrown when trying to OPEN/CLOSE the autocash device that is attached to the teller.

Login in whith some other user and authorize that particular transaction the record status will change to authorized.

If you try a record Which is already in INAU status this will be the error message.
