Resume wait on LD application

Dears

I have a problem , as we have a new process implementation we done some versions and new routine .
We tested and was ok. But in live area we copy the versions, rutine(compile), . So the users in LD application when i just copy the version they cant work on. The system is all the resume wait. in the moment what they try to load a schedule for a LD. Even they want to open an LD record in these version the system wents out.
