When FT move from Live record to History ?

Dear friends, I am so glad to be a member of this forum since it is very helpful for my career.

I wonder, in what stage or event when FT will be moved from Live record to History record
(from FBNK.FUNDS.TRANSFER to FBNK.FUNDS.TRANSFER$HIS) ?
If it is COB, then on what particular stage ? (Application, System Wide, Reporting, Start of Day, Online)

In order I have to make interface report for Central Bank which contain daily record of FT but only will be grouped/merged as one report per month (I will create job to save FT to temporary file, then on the end of month will be consolidated as a single report).

Any help?
