How can I run a Batch process in ONLINE

I have a requirement from my users to run a batch process in an online mode.

Any ideas?

Create a seperate TSA.SERVICE record for the BATCH process and you can run the process seprate during business hours (after COB).

A batch process/routine is run during COB in the following sequence:

1. Process A
2. Process B
3. Process C

The client wants to run the Process B during the day before the COB process.

In which GLOBUS release you are? I believe TSA.SERVICE will work from G14 only.

Copy the ProcessB record to ProcessBB in F.BATCH.
Remove the value in BATCH.STAGE field.
Commit the record.

Create a record in TSA.WORKLOAD.PROFILE and specify AGENTS.REQUIRED.
Create a new record ProcessBB in TSA.SERVICE.
Specify WORK.PROFILE, USER & SERVICE.CONTROL as START.
Commit the record.

Open the record TSM in TSA.SERVICE.
Specify SERVICE.CONTROL as START.
Commit the record.

Come to the jBASE prompt and type START.TSM.
