Some deal slip windows close on load during slow network

We are on R15. Occasionally we face a strange issue with deal slips which have a lot of content, and this happens on any browser: if the network slows down, some of the deal slip windows close immediately when the deal slip is opened. There is no rule which page opens and which does not, sometimes it happens randomly (for example windows for page 1, 3 and 4 are loaded, while for page 2 immediately closes on load). It seems that there is some timeout setting which is too low. Where can we set the timeout for the deal slip windows? Is there any global setting for this?

Thanks
Chris

Check if you have any popup blockers enabled. This could be part of your Browser settings or could be from any anti-virus softwares installed on your PC.

Have a great day !
