TSM not launching tSA agents

Hello All,

We are implementing R15 tafj. We have a issue when trying to launch TSM, no agents are initialized to start. It is just showing like below. When we STOP TSM then only one agent number is assigned to launch though workload profile have 20 agents. Even the one agent, not able to start service. Appreciate if you could help on this.

you're starting tSM in DEBUG mode and it means that you'll have to start agents manually. Yes, it expects you to open 20 more sessions and start 20 agents manually.

If you omit "-DEBUG" option, all will be done automatically without your intervention.

If TSM not running properly. Try this below steps.

1. Stop TSM Service.
2. Run Cmd -> CLEAR-FILE F.BATCH.STATUS & CLEAR-FILE F.TSA.STATUS
3. Now Start TSM service in debug mode or phantom mode and also check EB.EOD.ERROR record.
