How to do Insight upgrade from older versions to the latest Analytics R18?

Hi guys,

Does anybody have a user manual, or know where can I get one that describes the upgrade process from Insight older versions like (R10,R15) to the latest Temenos Analytics R18?

How can I preserve the old data and the reports that were created on the eariler version, especially now with the latest version the database schema is totally different?

Any help would really be much appreciated.

There's a complete architectural revamp happened between Insight R12 to Analytics R17. Current, release have lot of new features introduced and am working on the latest release. Migration from R12 reports to R18 is very difficult. Instead please choose and recreate the reports in newer release. It have quick report, custom report and analytical report creation flavours. Mapping will take some span of time, once you done easily you can create all reports.
