In the production, the one LD contract duplicate inits Limit.
We can find the record in the table LIMIT.TXNS
We deleted the extra one in the classic mode and the limit become normal.
Now, I need copy the same issue again to show the HD team so that they can solve this bug.
Please share me the steps /process to show this issue again for your experence
thanks so so so much

This is a common issue on LDs which occurs when the system is processing slow. IT also affects the customer position. Am not sure there is a software fix for this because there is a BATCH that is supposed to remove the other entry during COB but does not perform well when the system is slow.
You can wait, it will happen again on your system.

I have same issue with my bank, this is step to show this issue again:
1. Using T24 desktop:
step1: create LD interest rate fix (no schedules, system will be auto define schedules), input LIMIT.REF field, then commit LD to INAU status
step 2: open LD again, amend field DEFINE.SCHEDS = YES, after commit LD, next task to screen input schedules, do not input anythings and close screens schedules, back to input LD screen, press hold LD -> LD status with be IHLD
step3: open LD again, commit LD to INAU again
after step 3, see LIMIT.TXNS you will see double lines of LD.
2. using ofs via tSS GCS
step1: create version LD,OFS1, set field GTS.CONTROL = 4
step2: use 1 ofs string to create LD with status IHLD
step3: open LD in step 2 on browser or desktop, commit to INAU
step4: use LD in step 2 in ofs string with version in step 1, tSS GCS and process ofs, after this step LD status will be IHLD
step 5: use LD in step 4, open in browser or desktop then commit put LD to INAU.
see LIMIT.TXNS will duplicate line.
LD status: INAU -> IHLD -> INAU (LIMIT.TXNS will duplicate)
