HOLIDAY table issue for COB

For test requirement of R13MB, I only want to set up two working days per month in HOLIDAY table.
How can I do?

Use JED to directly change the day-by-day flags in MTH.nn.TABLE (set W to H for each Holiday you need).

What rule do you think of ?
Formal rules to jed the record or rules related to setting a day a holiday (e.g. NEXT.WORKING.DAY can't be set as a holiday)?

I have been set up HOLIDAY table by T24 online version.
I knew the next working day can not be changed.
I set up the weekend days are from Monday to Sunday. (7 days per week)
And then the days of the whole year are holidays.
Then I set up the working day by setting up "Wrk Wknd XXXXXXX(Month)" Fields.
I can see the correct result at "Mth xx table" fileds.
But Someone told me I can not set up HOLIDAY table by this way.
If I do this, the result of COB will be incorrect.
I can not believe that. So I want to know if I set up two working days per month by any way in HOLIDAY, is there any rule I must to follow.

From my knowledge the next working day in EB.CYCLE.DATES is set to the next day after TODAY that has a W in the MTH.nn.TABLE without any additional checks.
Another point may be that there are jobs running on specific dates that you might miss (e.g. FREQUENCY = W and you don't run on any Friday).

I think FREQUENCY is no problem because Friday also might be a holiday.
So I think it is OK and I will try it.
